  I have loved Jimmy Johns for a while. I just recently ordered a #11 with lettuce and onions (My favorite sub) on friday via the Jimmy Johns in PB. After food poisoning that lasted 3-4 days, I am just starting to feel somewhat human again. I'm sorry but I just cant do it anymore after that. I am seeing other reviews of people getting sick, please figure it out.

  Well, my daughter and I were excited to try JJs for the first time. Walked in and was immediately told they're out of all but two breads and cannot make most sandwiches. ( mind you, this is 12:30pm on a Sunday). My daughter wanted a ham and cheese sandwich and was told no. I asked if they could make it on whatever bread was available. Understood there on polices but the staff would get creative or offer a solution. With that attitude, I'll never come here again.

  I love JJ but tonight they really let me down the store closes at 9 oclock. Its 8:15 she said they have a big order so there closing early. I only wanted a red velvet cookie the easiest order ever they wouldn’t do it!?!?? Is it just me or did the amount of meat on the sandwiches is way smaller then other JJ in other states??? Of course the price is way up compared to other states

  Service was slow and also unfriendly to start. Also had extreme food poisoning after eating on (3/4/26) wanted to know if anyone else got sick. Vomited all night and was sick for 24 hrs with fever and chills. The worst location I’ve ever been to and after the food poisoning I won’t be back to another unfortunately
