- KSKarina SolisMar 26, 20262.0So the reason I put service and food at 1 is because girl with purple hair did not recall her name gave me so much attitude when I asked for two cups of water I asked calmly and she said “sure” and then rolled her eyes this was around 1 something I think her break was soon because she left 4 minutes later I hated the service and the reason why I put food as 1 well the mozzarella bites tasted like plastic. And then I wanted the marinara sauce but they did not have it so that brought my points down because I can’t ever have mozzarella bites or sticks without marinara sauce The chicken empanada was good overall 2/5 !

- JPjakilynn phillipsNov 13, 20254.0Came into Jamba & the young girl didn’t greet us and immediately asked are we picking up, when we were ordering she had an attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, on top of that she didn’t have a hat or hair net, her hair was in a braid falling all over the place, not in uniform & could we see her bra hanging out of her off the shoulder cut shirt. She also didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t catch her name. Overall our smoothies came out quick and tasted fine. Just super unprofessional.
