  No smile, no hi, no greeting, just attitude. Did not fill cup up, at least two inches short 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.

  Really awesome employees there. But there was this really weird guy complaining about flowers being drawn on his cup and projecting his insecurities onto the employees. It was both mildly amusing and mildly uncomfortable watching the guy go on about how he's not gay, how he totally likes women, transparent closet sort of deal. Can't really blame the store or the employees though; never seen anyone act that way over flower illustrations before.

  My family and I stopped by Jamba Juice on Saturday morning on our way to the San Diego Zoo, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. My wife ordered a green smoothie that she said was absolutely delicious, and I went with a peanut butter banana protein smoothie with over 50g of protein—easily one of the best protein smoothies I’ve ever had. The two ladies working there were incredible. Their customer service was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and clearly skilled at what they do. You can tell they take pride in making great smoothies. My son also got a Belgian waffle, and he really enjoyed it, which made the visit even better for all of us. Overall, a fantastic stop and a perfect way to start our morning. Highly recommend!

  No one ever answers the phone, I placed an online order and there’s no options to remove ingredients so I tried calling them over 10 times and no one answers. I have a peanut butter allergy and now I won’t even be able to enjoy it since it’s so hard to answer the phone which is the number one point of communication with stores/restaurants. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
