    This is a solid Wendy's, everyone there is super cool except for this one guy that works the closing shift. every time I encounter him, he is so slow: I feel like he's genuinely ragebaiting at this point. Also, they started charging a dollar per sauce which is absolutely diabolical. but other than that, food is consistent

    I literally just went through the drive thru and asked what the difference in sizes were between their medium and large frostee. Since I haven't had one in years I wasn't sure which one I wanted the person in the drive thru said um took a moment and said they didn't know. I replied you don't know the sizes of your drinks and they said yes so I moved on and they didn't get my money that I work very hard for. I have gotten to the point where I genuinely expect HORRIBLE service wherever I go and usually I'm not disappointed but this is RIDICULOUS. As a consumer I asked an extremely simple question I wasnt trying to be difficult I just was driving by after work and said you know what I think I'll get an ice cream shouldve been a quick and easy experience but not in today's America in today's America no one knows how to do their jobs and whats worse is they don't even attempt to. Anyways I'll clearly survive without my frostee but maybe next time when another customer asks an INCREDIBLY simple question the employees on duty could actually pretend they want to be there and attempt to answer the question.....I know, I know I'm asking too much LOL

    Food was overpriced and very poor. Fries were soggy and over salted and I couldn’t even eat them. Never going here again, burger tasted like it was a day old.

    I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences at the Wendy’s in 4S Ranch. I placed an online order through the Wendy’s app and went to pick it up, only to be told that they had given my order to someone else. Mistakes happen, but when I asked them to simply remake the order, the staff refused. Instead, they repeatedly told me to “contact corporate for a refund” because they had already given my food away. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employee named Maria. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to fix their mistake, she treated us as if we were inconveniencing her. Eventually, she ignored us completely and walked away to the back, refusing to deal with the problem. This is absolutely unacceptable. A restaurant should stand behind its service and correct errors on the spot, not push customers away with dismissive behavior. Wendy’s corporate needs to seriously review how this location is being managed, because the lack of accountability and basic customer service here is appalling.
