There was only one person working the front counter, and he was very busy. Plus at the same time the frosty machine needed to be refilled, so they spent a lot of time working on it. Then they kept checking and rechecking the machine to see if the mix was ready or not. We were on a bit of a time crunch, and almost were late to our appointment.
