I had placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I showed up, and they hadn’t even started it by the time I arrived. They had me wait >10 minutes for the food, and delivered me a bag taped shut so I couldn’t feel around inside. By the time I got home, I opened the bag and they hadn’t provided any sauce at all for the 22 nuggets I had ordered, none at all. The sauce is most of the flavor, so I was very upset to have to eat dry nuggets for dinner.

This complaint is strictly about pricing. Your Biggie Bag is advertised nationally as a $5–$6 value deal. At this location, the same Biggie Bag (junior sandwich, small fries, nuggets, and drink) is being sold for around $8. That’s nearly double the standard price for identical items. This is not a premium or specialty Wendy’s — it’s a regular neighborhood store that many students and locals rely on. The price increase feels unjustified and out of line with every other Wendy’s I’ve visited. Because of this, I’ve stopped going altogether. Please review this franchise’s pricing practices. You have great employees here, but the inflated prices are driving customers away.
