This place is an absolute management junk show.
We waited an unacceptable amount of time for our food — far longer than any normal kitchen should take for a simple order. And after all that waiting, they still got it wrong and completely forgot a whole sandwich. Went back to ask for it and had to wsit 15 minutes for ANYONE to come to the counter to talk to waiting customera. I finally just left without my baconator. Couldnt stand there waiting forever to just be ignored. There’s no excuse for that level of incompetence or disrespect for customers.
Also, the coffee tasted like it was brewed from yesterdays leftover grounds in a dirty moldy pot. Un-drinkable. Easily some of the worst coffee I’ve ever been served.
This was the worst service of my entire San Diego vacation. Slow, careless, poorly run, and not worth anyone’s time or money.
Go put up with Golden Arches...at least theyll fix it when they mess up.

They made me pull forward when there wasn't even anybody behind me in line (I'm sure to game their numbers) and then got my order wrong. Send pretty typical of all Wendy's these days.

I ordered FIVE...FIVE meals that contained chicken nuggets and was told I could only have a total of TWO sauces...not two sauces per meal TWO sauces TOTAL for FIVE meals that contained nuggets....honestly, nobody has time to argue with you about sauces but the entire meal is ruined without the sauce and the staff refused to hear reason and were rude and dismissive and wanted to charge $.55 per additional sauce after TWO TOTAL FOR FIVE MEALS...
