We waited an unacceptable amount of time for our food — far longer than any normal kitchen should take for a simple order. And after all that waiting, they still got it wrong and completely forgot a whole sandwich. Went back to ask for it and had to wsit 15 minutes for ANYONE to come to the counter to talk to waiting customera. I finally just left without my baconator. Couldnt stand there waiting forever to just be ignored. There’s no excuse for that level of incompetence or disrespect for customers. Also, the coffee tasted like it was brewed from yesterdays leftover grounds in a dirty moldy pot. Un-drinkable. Easily some of the worst coffee I’ve ever been served. This was the worst service of my entire San Diego vacation. Slow, careless, poorly run, and not worth anyone’s time or money. Go put up with Golden Arches...at least theyll fix it when they mess up.
