The food was good, but the fries were very hard so when we gave them back to the lady in the window and asked for new fresh fries, she started rolling her eyes and having a really bad attitude And then I didn’t have sour cream with my chili so we asked for a pack of sour cream and she got a really nasty attitude when we asked and she was like it’s $.30 which if it is, that’s OK but we didn’t have any in the bag and we went to multiple Wendy’s and we never had to pay for a pack of sour cream, but I will give her a zero because she had terrible customer service and she was arguing with my husband while my baby was screaming.

I’m sorry but if you’re in the field of customer service then you need to get familiar with the changes that’s happening. I had to pay extra cause I couldn’t redeem my reward or get an extra side.
