While my wife and I were simply trying to use the Pokémon machine—she was on the phone with customer service to troubleshoot why items weren’t appearing despite a recent restock—an employee approached us and aggressively accused me of hacking the machine. There was no warning, no attempt to assist, only baseless hostility. We were treated like criminals despite doing nothing wrong. This employee’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and damaging to your store’s reputation. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and for the employee to be reviewed. Customers deserve to feel safe and respected, not humiliated for trying to make a purchase. I hope you address this immediately. I was so hurt to approach this worker directly but this incident happened around 9:30 am on December 23, 2025.

If you stick to the store brands and look for deals, this store represents better value than many other is supermarkets. I like the cheap sodas, and I always stock up pre-made salads (3 for $10). I also get guilty pleasures like tortilla chips with bags in the $2-$3 range. I also routinely find deals in the managers special area in the back next to the bathrooms. Good and relatively affordable produce selection. I have my favorites like bananas and five pound bags of "cutie" tangerines. Very clean and professional staff.
