They are almost never fully stocked, even on basic items like half and half and eggs or ground turkey. Their prices run at $1-$4 higher than Amazon Fresh, which is now my primary grocery source because this Vons is just so bad and overpriced. Finally, today I went in and tried to use an Amex gift card and was told "We can't type the numbers in. We can only scan a QR code."
