Got a dozen pink roses first. Opened them up and they were completely MOLDY and dead inside. So I walked over and asked for an exchange. Manager was super helpful and let me exchange them right on the spot no issues. They only had white roses left in the store at that point so I picked a new dozen out that seemed better quality. Came home to put them in my vase and the flowers literally just fell apart as I picked them up. I should walk back over for a SECOND TIME to get a refund. Again, store is actually great. Employees are great. Just get your money back from your Valentine’s Day floral distributor. I feel really sad for all the people who got flowers today and they are horrible quality.
