I asked her for some baby formula, and she started grabbing the items very angrily. I offered to help her retrieve the five cans I had requested, but she wouldn't answer me; and when she did speak, she did so rudely. When placing the items on the counter, she practically threw them down; she looked extremely annoyed. I was on my cell phone in the middle of a call, but I had to hang up because I felt personally attacked. I really like this Vons location—I’ve always received good service there—but I had never seen this particular employee before.

- JPJulie PrattMar 17, 20261.0I went to this Vons on Saturn Sunday March 15th Monday March 16th open the English Muffins I purchased everyone mold 1/4 of each muffin. Today Tuesday March 17th take out the tamales I purchased full of mold inside each tamale and the smell. The bag said freeze by the 12th of March I saw once opened bag which means they should not have been on meat shelf on the day I purchased. Groceries are not cheap and to have to throw away 1-2 days after purchase never again will shop at the Saturn Vons.

Also, the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It's not the fault of the people behind the counter, but the customer service number you have to call when you have issues. I can't even use their pharmacy because they can't link my record to me so I can view anything on the website or app. They don't pay me enough to put up with this nonsense.
