I had several bad interactions with the store clerk named Cynthia. I know Customer Service is very important but it is very disappointing when the store clerk which was short staff that day yelled at my daughter for bagging up our groceries. I told my daughter to help her out bagging up the groceries and she didn’t even say thank you and yelled at my daughter for putting beer in my cart Cynthia is a very rude unprofessional employee. She gave me serious attitude several times without any reason I guess she remembers me when I pointed out that she overcharged me for several items. I will be reaching out to corporate because I don’t feel comfortable going back there again she definitely needs to be retrained in Customer Service I really wish I can give her zero stars

I asked politely if I can get someone to bakery she ignored me the first two times I asked her till finally she turned around and said you gonna have to wait for someone to go out there a attitude all the time no customer service politeness at all her excuse cause I asked too demanding. She turned around and asked her coworker and the same attitude. I stood there and waited and asked how long and she said I don’t know and proceeded to remark with a Wow. At the end I had to leave with empty hand cause both were rude and gave a attitude and of course I had to let them know they were in their wrongs cause I don’t let no one be rude to me especially when your job is in customer service you need to be polite and kind.
