  I have not been to this one in a few years. It's a lot cleaner than it used to be. Selection is good and the bathroom is so much better than it was in the past.

  Giving this vons 5 stars because Justin and Rachele were the only ones who didn’t turn us away when we needed assistance with a money order and refund. We had went to several different location with the same situation and all of them turned us away with the worst attitude. We had called western union about the situation and they specifically told us that any location associated with them should all be capable of doing a refund and yet all the locations we went to (aside from this one) turned us away with the worst response. Justin had helped us at a time when they were low staffed and we needed the money orders. And there were several. His patience and kindness was something to be studied in a customer service position. Rachele, knew exactly what we needed and did not hesitate to help us get the refund but she even went a step further and made sure to teach another employee on how to perform them. We were at our wits with trying to get a refund and this Vons was the only one willing to do that. Thank you so much! I truly mean it!

  Justin had amazing positive service and a great attitude when my wife and I needed to get several money orders. Rachele, the Service Operations Manager, was the only person out of all Western Union Locations shown online in Vons and other stores that knows how to do a money order exchange/refund. Unfortunately we had to come back and get out original money orders refunded due to a change of plans and her being able to do the process smoothly and effectively allowed us to get our money back and we are extremely grateful. My wife and I visited multiple locations and everyone turned us down despite vocalizing that their location says they offer the service. Come to this Vons if you want amazing customer service and people who know what they are doing ~

  Customer service here is awful. I like Vons, but I am not ever shopping here again. What a nightmare of staff... You can tell none of them want to work there, and hopefully they find their peace.

  Staff is nice but it’s always hard to find one when looking for items. I always go to a register but today the line was super long and I had only 8 items so I decided to go to the self check out. Once there all four machines were being used, one by me. Upon scanning my items I don’t see any bags so I pause and ask if they have bags and the large Hispanic lady says “you didn’t scan the chicken” mind you I only scanned two out of my eight items so far!! I was simply asking a question and when I said “i know i still have more times to scan im asking a question” her response was “yeah but you didn’t scan the chicken, you need to scan it” as i stated previously I still had SIX more times to scan and was simply asking a question and was being accused of trying to steal a pack of chicken. Then her coworker came over while I’m still checking out and they’re gossiping about our interaction while I’m still standing there! Completely unprofessional and rude behavior I work customer service and would never speak or accuse someone of stealing without seeing it first hand for certain! On top of that once checking out she comes over and plays the video 8 TIMES to check if I was stealing! Ridiculous! Idk if it’s because I’m a biracial women of color but this is the second time the same employee has either watched me in the store or accused me of something. She needs a training video on customer service and how to deal with situations because that wasnt okay at all!
