  Every time I come here there are only 2 registers open and lines are backed up down the shopping aisles. I can't stand these places with no respect for their customers.

  I went for a money order on February 17 at 7pm. I approached the manager asked him for a money order he responded it’s closed come tomorrow after 6am even though Western Union’s operational till 8pm at all Vons locations so not sure whether he was having a bad day or his willingness to do it. Drove to another one got it done before 8pm

  Went to ask a question at customer service and had the manager snap at my father who has cancer and walks with significant pain to move out of her way and say a passive aggressive racist comment without offering any help at all. Will never come back. It takes so little to be kind

  I want to ask the store's general manager to do something about this: On February 14th, when we're all supposed to be receiving love, the production manager, Patrick, yelled at a young woman who was making chocolate-covered strawberries. She was being very friendly with the customers and working quickly and efficiently. When he came over, he starteo insulting her in front of many customers, and the young woman didn't say anything. You should do something about this.

  Steve in the meat department is flat out rude! I got to the meat case and no one was around. A guy doing maintenance work said he might be on break. There was no sign indicating they were on break or when they would be back. I waited for around 10 plus minutes and then Steve shows up. At that point a few others were waiting along with me. I greeted him with a hello and he asked what I wanted. I asked to see the tray of steak (indicating verbally which cut). He clearly was upset I asked and wanted to know why. I said I can’t see the ones at the back. He finally took them out (clearly inconvenienced) and said which ones. I said the ones on the back… he says “you can’t see them?” (He was holding the tray at an angle I couldn’t see the back) I said yes, the ones on the back and the one underneath the front one. He then moved things around and said “there”. No one was beating on the counter or being rude to him for the long wait. It was very clear he didn’t like someone wanting to see the product they were paying for before buying it. I had people waiting for me to get back with the steaks so we could eat. A 10 minute trip turned into over 35 minutes. There is no excuse for his attitude or for Vons short staffing the store. Clearly customer service is obsolete. I should also add that there were no apologies to anyone for the long wait.
