Weekend waits for a checker ads often 20-30 minutes with two checkers working and all 3 lines (self checkout) going halfway down the aisles. Meanwhile I can go to Trader Joe’s and all 9 checkout lanes are open with staff willing to help. Produce bags at this store are consistently empty, and baggers are hard to find and trash cans full. Why is this the case? Greed and poor management, not the workers. Let me be clear, the issues I have with this store are a result of this stores manager(s) decision to choose profitability over service. Do better. Staff your store better. Serve better and perhaps your employees will work better for you and Mira Mesa.
