  A worker by the name of MICHAEL yelled at me while I was coming down the aisle heading to the checkout lane. I told him I was heading to check out and he said that I need to hurry up and go home. At the door he confronted me again and I told him I'm leaving and I'm going home. He said good, leave. So I told him I didn't appreciate him being rude, I was doing as the store said at the last call to head to checkout. I told him I understand he's doing his job and I just feel it's inappropriate to yell at customers down the aisle as if we were children. He still gave attitude and said he naturally has a loud voice he wasn't yelling. I won't argue more about this, but I headed to the checkout lane at 11:56pm. Cameras clearly shows and the other associates were very friendly enough with helping me complete the online order. Please give them kudos from me. I was very surprised about what happened today. I frequent this store to do delivery orders. Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful. Especially the morning shift they have always been wonderful. Michael however is either having a bad day or needs retraining. I hope the days get better for him. 🙏🏽

  Oh how this store had went way downhill. I've been shopping here for 28 years. Today may be my last day. 2 pm on a Sunday, store isn't too busy, but zero carts out front. Went in, grabbed what I needed using my bags. Thank goodness I didn't need assistance with a locked case. People waiting a long time to get help. Manager on duty, got very snarky with an elderly man working a self serve check out after he needed assistance. None of us in the line could believe his words or tone. Very flippant and on top of that he yells that there are only 2 people working. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. If your not going to appropriately staff the store, then close it down. I'm headed to Ralph's on Sports Arena next time. Horrible store.

  My experience there today was amazing!!! Our cashier was Malika and her customer service was impeccable!!!

  I have lived down the street from the Vons on midway drive for 30 years and go there at least 2 times a week. The customer service here has been so bad the last couple years and even the managers don’t care. I was there and worked with Josie and she was so very rude to me. I presented one of there own receipt coupons and was told by cashier and Josie a so called supervisor that they don’t take them and that was it. I have used the same coupon at least 2 times a month with no problem. I was told they needed to get a manager which took 20 minutes while I was at the register with many people behind me. They were getting upset and Josie made me feel like I was an absolute inconvenience said she had never seen me which was an absolute lie since I go there often and she has taken the same coupon she said she could not take today. Absolutely horrible experience and my neighbors all say the same thing about this store. Management does not care about customers service and the staff follows there lead. Spoke with the manager Matt and was told he would talk with Josie but I don’t believe that. I will also be writing yelp and google reviews it’s no wonder there reviews are 2 stars. Maybe a general manager needs to take a good look at that store.
