This made the process unnecessarily confusing and uncomfortable. I was ready to pay and leave quickly since my baby ran out of formula, yet the back-and-forth made me feel mocked. Please review your protocol for locked items and ensure employees handle them respectfully—no one should feel taunted while buying BABY formula.
