Older woman who appeared to be a manager, had a "negative", unwelcolming demeanor. Her customer service was problematic. Her vocabulary included "ain't". She said the store did not have any envelopes or a mailing supplies section at all. Then stated she knows they don't have any, and said, if they did I could look in a certain section. I told her, since she said they don't have those types of items, I don't need to look. She did not appear to know what a manilla envelope meant. She yelled from across the room when a cashier alerted her that I needed assistance. I didn't respond, so she came over to the checkout. She told me "just this one time" when I asked for a price to be honored on an item on sale. All of which was store brand, identical item, would amount to the same quantity but the better deal was not on the shelf. Luckily I took a photo of the display. She complained that the photo was too small. She asked to hold my phone to look. She didn't have anyone check to see if the item was in stock in the warehouse section. She made the price adjustment and walked away. Workers were all over the front of the store, but in the aisles there was no help. I and another customer, accidentally asked a polite vendor for help. He responded, "I would help if I could." The store has a cluttered, high display shelves, squeezed in feel. Some items are locked behind plexiglass. The person who handles the shopping carts, had to open the locked cabinet for me! The store was quite empty, yet you couldn't find an employee for help while shopping through the aisles. I did find multiple deals on merchandise.

Every line is always super long and barely moving. Self check out at other Vons allow you to buy alcohol at the attendant but not this one. And the manager at self check out was particularly unfriendly.
