  This is for the new live mas location. Grand opening was very fun. With a DJ and balloons. Lots of servers. Everyone was excited to be there.

  F the hot chocolate it tasted like water I was told I could get another one next time I came by but the manager REFUSED over a damned hot chocolate. I used to work at Taco Bell we didn’t operate that way in Escondido.

  Great jacket Taco Bell for the employees, it was nice to see them warm on the job at a drive thru window. It looks great. Food was great too.

  This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ever had. I occasionally will order it on DoorDash when I have friends over late night, I’m pretty sure almost every time the order has been wrong. Multiple times I’ve been to the location in person in the drive through it’s taken 20+ minutes with maybe 5 cars ahead of me, order still wrong. Who is running this place???? The reviews on here are horrible do you guys even care?

  Pray that THEY don’t mess up your order because from my experience when they do they are very rude. I went to the drive-through and spent about $50 for my entire family and we were missing quite a lot of food which was very saddening because I didn’t realize until we got we got home. When I called them to ask them what my options were a guy named Eric that answered asked what my order number was and after I gave it to him, he said, “just give me one moment” and then he hung up on me and continued to decline every call that I had made after that. I believe he hung up and declined all the calls because he was the one that took my order most likely, because the guy that was taking my order was having a very hard time understanding what I was saying, and frankly didn’t seem like the brightest tool in the box per say …it took me about four hours non-consecutively to get in contact with them and I spoke to a “manager” (I put that in quotations because I was pretty sure she wasn’t a manager and she was just pretending to get me off the phone), who was fairly kind but basically told me there was nothing she could do. Also, as soon as I said that I called a little while ago, and someone hung up on me, she immediately knew who I was so this told me that she knew of the situation and made an active choice not to call me back and resolve the matter. My kids are absolutely obsessed with Taco Bell and for the amount of time and money I spend at this business I would have hoped to have been treated with a little bit more respect and professionalism. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, especially when there Is a long line in a rush and I didn’t wanna make this situation too difficult for anyone I just wanted to come back and pick up my tacos maybe but to be treated in the way that I was, I will definitely be taking this higher up.
