The cashier's could use a bit more training though. They didn't know how to ring up my meal at one point for Taco Bell and I had to stand there for five minutes waiting for a manager and when I got sick of waiting, finally I changed my order to a combo meal.

He’s helped me in the past and is consistently respectful, efficient, and friendly. During my visit, it was clear he was staying productive and on top of things even when not everyone around him was pulling the same weight, which can’t be easy. The rest of the team working in the back was also hustling and doing their part. Luis handled everything professionally and made the experience smooth, which is why I felt it was worth mentioning him by name. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed.
