I waited patiently as others cane behind me and ordered, and I watched patiently as they cleared ALL of the drive thru orders before even attending to us walk-ins! I got MY order at 1:08 pm! Totally unacceptable! Well, the customers in the lobby started to complain out loud, as we continued to watch them cater to the drive thru. They then took notice, and started to get all of the orders for those who were the loudest! I stood patiently, as they gave food to several people who ordered AFTER I did, and all I ordered was a chicken enchilada burrito. At this point, I was 20 minutes in, and had had enough! I told them to keep my food AND the money, I would go somewhere else to eat. Only then, did my food appear! 20 minutes for ONE value meal item is ridiculous! I am quiet and never one to cause a scene... but it was made abundantly clear to me that... if you want lobby service here... you have to be loud and ignorant in order to be served! I wish I could give negative stars for this visit!
