I get being short staffed but this is ridiculous The fact that the drive through is always busy and you're saying that orders have to be picked up at the window but yet no one is there!! You have long line of people waiting to get their orders. Orders are sitting facing the window and you're knocking on the window even the door you see someone there and nobody's coming to help you. They act like they don't hear you. Their was like twelve people waiting for orders. You have literally one person working there. It's almost 4 am.Their customer service is crap here. Arianna the girl that working here was rude and full of no I dont have that, oh Ill check on that. And on the time I decide on this one occassion where the drive thru is slow to simply just go to the window you neglect people at the pick up window the food is sitting there getting cold?! Then the order isn't there and now its we dont have that order!This level of customer service is no wonder I hate this location.The people that work here have crap customer service and they always have.
