The employees are truly irresponsible and completely uninterested. They have no care in the world, in other words, their faces are sullen and they are completely uninterested. It's not just this store; all the stores in this chain are equally disregardful of customer satisfaction. This is why I'm so dissatisfied. It's truly awful.

Placed an online order, and ended up waiting in the drive thru for roughly an hour when picking up. The lobby was closed, and there was a large crowd of people waiting for their orders. I called and nobody amswered; this meant I quite literally couldn't ask anyone for a refund or for any help
