    Placed an order on the app (2 soft tacos, a quesadilla, and a bean burrito) for ASAP pickup. Came to the restaurant 30 minutes later and the order hadn't even been started yet. Cancelled it and went to another Mexican drive through down the street.

    Young females working the drive thru. Wish I could put zero stars. First of all they said they were out of fries?! Then when we received the order (just two crunchy tacos) the wrappers were not wrapped correctly. I do NOT recommend this at all. Also, no receipt. Wish I had the names so the manager could see this. Poor poor quality here. Thumbs down

    I just finished a quick lunch with my family. A woman came in to pick up an order and was acting very entitled and demeaning Javier, the cashier, when her order wasn't ready quick enough. He acted very proffesional until she would not stop at which time he sort of rolled his eyes, which made her start yelling and insisting that the manager punish him. Several people were there waiting for food and she upset everyone, including me. Javier showed incredible restraint and so did the manager. I commend them for their behavior and after the manager told Javier to take a moment for a break until she left the store, he apologized to the clients who were witnessing the tyrade. Bravo to Javier, mangement and all the employees there for keeping things going smoothly despite a very unruley customer.
