  Atmosphere gets 3 stars only because it's brand new and clean. 1 person ahead of me in drive-thru, was asked to pull around to wait.............. waited 20 MINUTES just to get luke warm food and no cheese for any of my 2 nachos and 2 nachos fries!!! Oh and it was also only 3 people inside that looked irritated as if they'd also been waiting for ages to get there food.

  Alondra R is rude. I order something and with receipt they mess it up I just ask for my money back the lady who answers the phone gone say let me see if I can do that like I told her yall messed it up ypur going to give me my money back and take what yall made and eat it should never take 5 minutes to order a large fry large sode and egg cheese sour cream burrito with nothing else on it.

  Taco Bell in City Heights is the lick! But As a Chief Engineer in Theo beautiful city design with floods and disasters all Day, I expect fast food to be easy/readily available and accessible. They do not open on time, the wait is very bad, wrong orders, and over 25 mins for my Food…. Is this service also dying?

  Ngl I know you’re new here. But if you doors say 7am for opening. You should be making food at 7am. Not have to wait for the grills still and al the prep that should have been done the hour before opening. Otherwise just change your opening hours to 8? 26 mins for a Crunchwrap. First customer please do better. Fight Naked is watching!

  I went through the drive through last night. I hand the lady $20.11 as my total was 13.11. Instead of receiving $7. Back she takes my change and gives me $6.89 back. I'm really irritated to have received a bag of change for no reason. Food was disappointing this time and the other time I tried it. The last visit while I was waiting for my food I heard a lady say a manager wasn't in. It seems they're struggling to find competent employees. Thanks for making it easy to avoid this fast food joint.
