You spend $55 on 2 orders for take out and they want to make sure to charge you extra for unagi sauce. Then when I ask for a substitution due to allergy, she tells me I'll do it for you for free but next time I'm going to charge you. That tone permeates throughout the restaurant, you just feel it. They could be more quality & value centered as well as more customer centric.
