  I haven't been to this location for years but man have the subs decreased in quality...... This picture that I'm showing here is skipping in it's definition. A chicken bacon ranch 6 inch used to be full and plumped even with my current vegetables. Now it looks hallow. Even with the chicken I saw the skimp with own eyes. About 3/4 of the scoope way carefully put into he sandwich and rest tucked back into the tray.... Don't ever come to this place. I know I won't. At $9 no drink I should have just stuck with my original plan and got a burrito instead

  I’ve ordered through the app 3 times and they’ve messed up every time. Today I ordered a sandwich and they added tomato’s instead of cucumbers. The other 2 times I ordered 2 sandwiches and they both had something missing or something was added that I didn’t want. Honestly I’d rather order in person instead of ordering through the app.

  I got a tuna foot long sandwich for less than 9 dollars by signing with the subway app. Putting in phone number is easy.

  Absolutely the worst customer service at a subway. Went in and ordered the sub of the day. The lady (chubby) taking the order lacks tactfulness and professionalism. At the register I noticed that the price was higher than the typical $6.99 sub of the day price at other subway locations. I politely asked her why thd price was higher. She immediately became defensive and went on a diatribe /rant. Notable things she said, - “go take your business elsewhere…”; “this store is a owner store (franchisee) and he can set any price he wants…” “it’s ONLY A DOLLAR MORE…” At this juncture I politely told her that that is not the issue. The issue from a customer’s perspective is that if transparency and TRUST. When I go into a subway my expectation is that the store franchise is following the national promotion. If they are not, they should inform customers that the price of the combo is higher. That’s all. Then it is up to the customer to make a decision whether to purchase the item or not. Further, there is no need to making disparaging remarks to the customer. Just take ownership of the issue And try to resolve the concern of the customer. Not surprisingly, shd did not like my comments and became even more agitated. I simply left the store without finishing my meal. I will never go back to this location or patronize it in any manner.
