When I asked for extra lettuce she said there would be a charge. Nope! Is this a new Subway policy? Or is this franchise owner just a stingy old miser? For decades, Subway has always let the customer get as much produce as they wanted. The prices aren’t a good value anymore, so why bother. Jersey Mike’s has fresher, tastier meat and produce and the customer can ask more extra produce, no problem.

I won’t come back.
