I had to walk to a different food spot just for water during my lunch break today 😭
- JJJustinDec 31, 20251.0Ordered sandwich of the day which was sweet onion teryaki and the worker named "Tuba" made my sandwich she put an abysmally small amount of meat and when i asked for a normal portion she said the sandwich of the day deal comes with less meat than a normal sandwich which after I looked up is not subways policy and the sandwich of the day should come with a standard portion of meat. Either the owner is telling the employees to cut corners like this or this employee is highly informed. I called the next day to speak to a manager and the same worker picked up the phone and just said no manager and hung up.

There are numerous issues that I have with the way the app functions, and the gentleman who apparently made my sandwich didn't do it as instructed. This was very disappointing. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand how challenging the job can be, but the way she has treated me and my girlfriend was unacceptable. She’s consistently snappy, comes across with an attitude, and makes the experience uncomfortable.
