- DFDietrich FaustFeb 4, 20261.0I ordered a sandwich using the kiosk, and paid for the sandwich. I waited 25 minutes while a huge crowd of people came in and ordered back to back at the counter. They all got their sandwiches without issue. I waited in line an additional five minutes to ask what was going on with my sandwich. The attendant said the order never came through and that the machines are broken. Well, WHY ON EARTH CAN I ORDER AND PAY ON THEM? I asked if I could get my sandwich re-made and was told I would need to pay again, even after showing I paid for the sandwich by showing my card transaction history. I was told "it will go away you need to pay again". I left in anger, hungry, and out $13. Not only that, now I am hungry, late from my lunch break, and full of rage. I WILL NEVER COME TO SUBWAY AGAIN. What an absolute joke of a business
