- SCSean CaseyAug 25, 20252.0I just tried to use a gift card there and was forced to pay cash because their system for gift cards hasn't been working for the past week or more unacceptable it's like if I pay money for a gift card for somebody else and they bring it to Subway it's like they accepted the money and won't honor the deal you made by giving them money for the gift card in exchange for product in other words they're stealing my money and refusing to give me anything else in exchange for the money this is unacceptable you guys need to fix your gift card system or give people a refund for their gift cards
