- HFHarley FrankAug 16, 20251.0They never answer the phone. I’ve had mistakes with my orders and they just refuse to talk to me. They have zero customer service and they have to get things wrong on the order and there’s just nothing I can do about it. Once I got the completely wrong sandwich and they just blankly stared at me.

What really drops it down to 1 star is not only the fact that they don't honor the deals POSTED ON THE SIGNS IN THEIR STORES, but also the employees attitudes have been very.... Let's just say I've had better experiences from a gas station bathroom. There's two employees who definitely change the experience when they're present but, overall it's a generally bad experience. If you're going to be basically the only restaurant on base, you should at least have decent customer service and honor your deals posted.
