- JWJim WarrickJan 12, 20261.0We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches on Sunday, January 11th. The app said they would be ready at 11:15. When we arrived at the store at about 11:15 it was clear they were just starting to make the sandwiches. This was fine, we understand that it gets busy. They completed our order at about 11:25 and we took the sandwiches a short distance home (we live about 2 blocks from this location). I had ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on Jalapeño Cheddar with several toppings, sriracha and chipotle sauce. When I opened my sandwich it had barely any sauce on it and no tomato (which was one of the toppings ordered). But the real treat was when I bit into the sandwich. The bread was very chewy, tasted stale and was very dry. I added more sriracha and mayo (from my own bottles) to try and help but the sandwich was pretty much inedible so I only ate half and tossed the other half. A sandwich is a pretty simple thing to create but when you make them to order they should minimally include all toppings requested and the bread should be fresh. All three sandwiches were dry and chewy but at least the other two were made as requested. I understand mistakes happen, but the food should be fresh. I cannot recommend this location.
