In the past, you could walk down the line, tell the team what you wanted, and be out quickly with a fresh sandwich. That efficiency was a big reason to come here. Now, it takes several minutes to click through every option on the screen. Often you need help from the team just to complete the order, and they still have not started making the sandwich. By the time you reach the payment screen, you could have already ordered, eaten, and left under the old process. I understand the goal of using technology, but this system creates delays and confusion instead of improving speed or accuracy. I hope you reconsider how this process works so customers can get back to the fast, simple experience that made this place great.

Slightly annoyed that you can only use coupons if you order online - but the app doesn’t let you use your EBT card as a payment method so their promos and discounts dont apply when using EBT unfortunately ($6.99 any footlong I’m talking to you!!) Overall neat and tidy tho and will be back again for more late night subs!!
