Good food but horrible service because they are grossly understaffed and you sometimes have to wait 1 hour to get your food either brought to your table or from when you order online to when it's available for pickup. Hire more people!
Great food, friendly and quick service. We ordered papaya salad, drunken noodles, and red curry as take out. I highly recommend trying the papaya salad and drunken noodles! Curry was decent, I liked the coconut milk taste in it, a little more watery than I am used to. I really liked the food though and will be coming back! Reasonable prices $11-15 for most dishes.
Staff are friendly and attentive. Food was plentiful and delicious. Arrived hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. Prices are very reasonable. This will be our go to Thai from now on. A welcoming and clean restaurant. Decor is beautiful and everything is brand new as they’ve only been opened for 3 weeks as of this review. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
We were looking for a good Thai spot in Poway and came across Spoon Thai. These were takeout orders, and both dishes held up really well.
The Pad Thai (Spicy Level 1) was tasty with a good amount of “wetness” and a nice, gentle heat. It could have used a bit more tanginess, but overall it was solid. The Pad See Ew (Spicy Level 1) was also very good—nicely balanced with sweetness, saltiness, and spice, and not dry at all.
So far, this is one of my favorite Thai places in Poway. Looking forward to dining in next time and trying more of the menu.

Next to Sprouts, and only open three weeks, but this is a winner. Clear menu with pictures posted outside. Had drunken noodles as takeout and right away I noted complex flavors complementing the variety of ingredients. This is most definitely not just another Thai place; there's something special here. Full choice of meats but equally full choice for the vegetarian versions, which I had with the "mock duck". Excellent portion size too. Highly recommended.
