I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent visit to this location, an experience that reflects a consistent and troubling decline in food quality, professionalism, and management oversight.
To begin with the food itself: the meal was excessively greasy and poorly assembled, to the point of being unappetizing. Both the burgers and fries were noticeably oversalted, and the overall presentation felt rushed and careless. Compounding this issue, my order was prepared incorrectly not once, but twice. I specifically requested no cheese due to a documented intolerance, yet my burger was served with cheese again despite the correction being acknowledged. This is not a minor oversight, but a health-related concern that should be treated with appropriate seriousness in any food service establishment.
Historically, I have continued to return to this location largely because of the consistently positive service provided by two employees, Allasha and Sima. Both individuals demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for customers. They communicate clearly, take concerns seriously, and represent the brand in a way that reflects accountability and respect. In my experience, they are the only staff members who consistently exhibit strong customer service and operational awareness, and they stand in stark contrast to the overall environment of the restaurant.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the management team. The managers on duty appear inexperienced, disengaged, and ill-equipped to effectively handle customer concerns. One manager, a young man with long hair and a beard, failed to resolve the issue presented and spoke so quietly and uncertainly that I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. Another manager, also young and long-haired, appeared unaware of basic food safety practices, repeatedly touching his clothing and then handling food, and actively avoided interacting with customers even when directly addressed.
The environment itself is equally concerning. Explicit music containing profanity is played loudly in the dining area despite the presence of children, including my own, as well as other families. Additionally, profanity is frequently shouted from the kitchen area, contributing to a chaotic and inappropriate atmosphere for what is advertised as a family-friendly establishment.
During multiple visits, I have observed staff repeatedly pressuring guests to leave positive feedback, which raises questions about the reliability of the reviews and undermines trust in the brand.
There have been multiple observable instances involving the female manager with red hair and the male manager with long hair and a beard displaying excessive physical closeness and touching in public view while on duty. These interactions were witnessed in the dining area and appeared inconsistent with professional workplace conduct expected of management. On one occasion, both individuals were observed entering the restroom area within the same timeframe and exiting together shortly thereafter. Additionally, they were later observed together in the parking lot, standing in close proximity around the same vehicle. These repeated observations resulted in visible discomfort among customers and raised concerns regarding professional boundaries, managerial oversight, and appropriate conduct while on shift. As individuals in leadership positions, their behavior directly influences workplace standards and employee conduct, and these observations warrant review.
In summary, this location suffers from a clear lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism. The inconsistency between the conduct of a small number of capable employees and the overall mismanagement of the establishment is significant. Until meaningful corrective action is taken, including proper managerial oversight, adherence to food safety standards, and restoration of a respectful and family-appropriate environment, I cannot recommend this location to others.
