This is what i got in my burger… a piece of avocado. Not even a whole half. If i didnt have my newborn, i would drive all the way over there to have them add the appropriate amount and item. Its not even smashed… literally just a lump of avocado.

We went in at about 9:15 (45 minutes before closing) and the dude behind the counter was already sweeping like he was ready to close up shop. He looked up at us, and I could already tell we'd ruined his plot to close to the store early. He said nothing, just utterly ignored us for like 3 minutes before finally trudging over to the register, starting off with "i can only do takeout rn, is that okay?", which like yeah, fine, but dude, you got 45 minutes till closing 💀 He proceeded to he give us the most brief, gruff service I've ever seen, every sentence he uttered had a max of like 3 words. Its was just "Name?" then "What can I get you?", and then we paid and moved on. Bro did not deserve the 10% tip i gave him, really hope that money goes to the cooks 🥀 Tried to be nice to the dude by saying thanks and wishing him a good night, but the responses I got were just "😐" from this dude, bro was not having it. Other than, food was gas, place was clean, but that employee was cold as ice.

Not only was it not ready on time but when I finally got home, they gave me a single smash, not the double I paid for. I received an automated text from SmashBurger asking how it was, 👍 or 👎. I gave them a 👎 because I didn't receive what I paid for. I got an immediate follow up text asking what the issue was. I promptly replied with my order discrepancy and received...no response. Guess they don't really care what you think about your experience. Lesson learned!

Which are free additions to any other burger. So I called like I have done about 5 times previously and asked for those additions and never had an issue. But the guy tonight gave me a hard time saying that it cost extra for those toppings smh. I asked how come the guy I talked too that even remembered my name never said anything?

The man working up front was visibly and openly frustrated that we were there, and told us that he was only doing orders to go (even though they were open for 45 minutes more). The food was still good, I've had it better. The service is usually good, but this guy just was a bad host.
