Then for a good while, there were no employees at the counter so another customer and I (I placed an order through the app while he was ordering in person) were just awkwardly waiting for them to service us eventually. Part of me was glad I chose the cash option because every fiber of my being just wanted to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Thankfully I didn't because the food was still good, but not enough for me to come back... I'd have to be paid or get the food for free (or major discount) for me to return. Also no option to dine in here (in fact there was a sign that said no eating in the lobby (so we were waiting in a "lobby" just now?)) ruins this place for me as well since I had to awkwardly take my pizza and drink to a nearby bus stop to consume. I know these places try to push for pick up and delivery, but doing it this way, isn't it.
