I was asked by a thinner female if I was picking up or ordering. When I replied that I was ordering she told me the heavier set female would be up soon to help me but she was busy talking and joking with the male staff member just outside the walk in cooler. Once he decided to go mop she then began to walk up to the thinner girl and show her something on her phone. I was fed up with the lack of customer service and I walked out. Management needs to address your staff. I hope that management was not one of the 3 people present because you'll be losing more than just my business behind that kind of service.
