  I was going to order pizza from this place till I read all the reviews! If you order something you should get good service. The employees should not talk back instead they should understand you. I hope they lose customer. Till the owner steps in and talk to the employees how to understand customer.

  Yes, all 5's even though it was a delivery order placed within 1 hour and 20 minutes of closing on a football Sunday. I called the store, yes everything is changing and now calling your local corporate pizza shop is an automated nightmare, but I finally got a busy sounding lady on the phone, so I limited my thanks and appreciation for a legit picture perfect order, delivered by a friendly and enthusiastic young lady that you hope to see every time you go out to eat. My order? A large 5 topping, white sauce garlic stuffed crust , always with an order of cheesy bread, and because I love my housemates: dessert. All were delivered 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time in the email notification, piping hot and picture perfect ...which i should have taken and included, but im a real person and not some IG socialite that reviews food and asks for discounts... it was a long day and they had a deal on their website, so i figured why not? Ill be happy with whatever... who knew that itd be a bomb late night meal that fed me, my housemate, his gf and my neighbor? All this is to say, a big thank you from a person who had a long day and got to be lazy and order pizza with great all around experience because theres some hard working folks who take pride in what they do to make money to live their own lives and have long days. If I could walk in and hand you all $100 it wouldn't be enough, so from the bottom of my heart, thanks crew. Late order and all, I had an absolutely fantastic experience.

  I ordered 2 pizzas from this establishment last month on 9/2/24 and I always order almost the same thing every time. I ordered 2 large pizzas one bacon and pineapple with extra sauce and their specialty pizza the meat pizza with extra sauce. When I got my order with pies were practically sauce less and completely inedible. I ended up throwing the whole order in the garbage. I absolutely cannot stand wasting food but I did, it was that bad. I called as soon as I got my order and spoke with a gentleman named Jose. I told him about my order and I was told he would make a note and would replace my order under the quality guarantee. I gave him my info and what I ordered and was assured that all I had to do was call to claim my quality guarantee and the meal would be replaced. Called this evening to get my quality guarantee order and guess what!?! Lucy the manager tells me that there wasn't a note for said order. So now I wasted food and git no reimbursement for said food nor do I get the promised order that I was guaranteed I would get. It's disgusting how often I order from this establishment but I can honestly say they have officially lost my business. The picture below is a screenshot of the transactions that I have had with this Papa John's, this doesn't include the walk in cash paid orders. I hope people read this review before trusting this establishment with their "quality guarantee" promises, opt for a refund if given the option.

  The girl that was working was very cheerful and was polite we went 5 minutes before closing she was pleasant.
