  I’d genuinely take a bullet for these workers. ESPECIALLY THE BLONDE ONE. They were all so kind and helpful, even when I took so much of there time. 10/10 customer service

  Excellent Food and Service. The turkey and cheddar sandwich was delicious as was the chili, and the creamy chicken and rice soup. Every soup is delicious especially the French onion soup and the broccoli cheddar soup. Wonderful desserts, and pastries as well in a very comfortable and refreshing and relaxing setting. They have great deals on their app as well, very convenient and affordable. Always a good experience, thank you.

  The café is clean, bright, and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. I like this location because it opens early, making it a convenient stop when you’re starting your day. Ordering is quick and easy using the self-serve kiosks, and the food was prepared and delivered promptly. The sandwich was fresh, well-stacked, and flavorful, paired nicely with chips and a cookie.

  Probably the most frustrating experience I've had at a Panera. I ordered a bagel and hot chocolate to eat in store and a half dozen bagels to go. My pager went off and I went to get my order. The last indicated I could put the pager in the basket and get my order (which wasn't on the counter yet). Then she asked me if I needed anything else and I responded with, "yeah, my order." To which she looked at me confused and asked for my name. Then she realized the order wasn't ready. I finally get my order and it's wrong. I got all the wrong bagels in my order to go. She argues that the receipt says something different and I tell her, great, that's not what i put in the impersonal ordering device at the front. If i had ordered with a person this might have been different, but that's another complaint. Then when I correct the order, she says they don't have the ones I want. We find alternatives and then I still don't have the hot chocolate. They finally give me that and she asks if she can make it all up to be by giving me a pastry. Not impressed. Maybe it was an off day. Not sure... oh, and there were about 10 teenagers being SO loud in the store that I could hear their conversation across the store.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Panera Bread on 1640 Camino del Rio N in San Diego, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Stella and Michelle were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, as always. Every interaction was handled with patience, warmth, and a level of professionalism that’s honestly rare these days. Stella and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of—answering questions thoroughly and treating me with genuine respect and courtesy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere felt calm, organized, and friendly—exactly what you hope for in a place where you come to relax and enjoy a meal. This location sets a high standard for customer service, and it’s because of people like them that I’ll happily keep coming back. Special thanks to Stella and Michelle for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. There’s no doubt they are both a true asset to this location, and Panera Bread is lucky to have them. You both truly made my day!
