Panera Bread. Food as it should be.
Came in for "French Dip is back" promo. Whole sandwich. Received one, HALF-FILLED container of onion soup. Used it eating half of the sandwich. Went back to pick-up counter, requested 1 more. (I'd been given a second cup before in original roll-out) Was told by a woman, "order only comes with one". I had to pry out of her that if I wanted to dip the remaining half of my sandwich in something besides soda, I'd have to go back to the keypad and order an entire BOWL of soup. So now, after a day of thinking, my takeaway is the following: 1. Panera over charges. 2. NO TIP when I have to order at a kiosk, (counter was unmanned), pickup and bus my own table.

I go here semi-regularly and the customer service is never good. Maybe it’s just because of how I look but I’ve had several instances of a certain manager being rude or passive aggressive towards me. So bad to the point that I’ve just filed a formal complaint to their HR department. A little bit of professionalism goes a long way. Treating people how you want to be treated also goes a long way.

(I am a fan of the co-ed vanity station here).
It's nice to have somewhere to run to when casually trying to Putt on The Ritz and .
