Had dinner here on the weekend with my family. I enjoy the food but took a long time. Food was hot and tasted good. Some tables were not clean and indoor was very full. I recommend soup with sandwich deal. Macaroni is good option for the kids.

Went to pick up glasses. Waited 2 hours. That was OK but during wait. A gentleman ran up to counter showing his ticket asking what number they were on. The young boy said 'we are past your nimber! Get another number.' The man said he'd been waiting 3 hours! The young boy said can't help you. Called the next number and went off frame shopping with someone. This is "glasses pick up"! We were really only 2 ticket numbers ahead. It would have taken 5 min max to give him his glasses instead he window shopped for over 30 min with another customer. The head of the department agreed. Costco is a big place but if you are not standing 5 feet from the counter in no way can you here them say the number. No intercom not even yelling it! They waited max 2 min before passing over to another number. With 2 hours waiting. You cant shop because you won't hear them and they will turn you down if you are 4 min late. No place to sit so after 2 hours my back was killing me. Not even shopping after that. I picked up my girlfriends glasses. But in no way will I get mine there!!!!

I've been to Paneras all over the country, and this is by far one of the laziest crews I've seen. Three hours before close, they covered the trash can instead of emptying it, forcing customers to deal with it themselves. When I tried to use the empty hot water tank, the staff watched me struggle and did nothing. There’s no microwave to reheat food, and with only about three outlets, it’s nearly impossible to work on a laptop. None of that would matter if the employees showed any care for customers, but they were more focused on gossiping than doing their jobs. If you’re here to eat and get some work done, skip this location and visit one of the nearby Paneras instead.. you can thank me later.

Panera is one of our family's favorites. We love it not only their great sandwiches, Mac Cheese and soup, but also their flexibility with customers bringing their own food or food from other places, which works great on a day when one kid wants food from one place and the rest of the family wants Panera.
