  I’ve Been Going to this Panera Bread for YEARS , the service was exceptional Until this new Columbian general manager came in and starts harassing me about having other food on me and threatening to kick me out because of it. Literally everyone there does a phenomenal job except this manager Get rid of her she is toxic , I go other places now because of her , horrible experience

  Ordered a Pick-2 with a Greek salad. The cherry tomatoes and pepperoncinis were old. Same thing occurred last month but I wrote it off as a one off issue. Looks to me that this a trend.

  I clearly asked for a sausage and cheese croissant sandwich with no eggs this morning so when I went to go get my money back the dude in the black ( jojo) immediately started giving me attitude acting like he was cardi b in this establishment, rolled that neck, lied, balled up her hands and pretended to simulate an “ angry black woman” flailing her neck and hands all over the place because they could kill someone giving them eggs. The old woman with the bob then Karen around the corner saying that I couldn’t come back for an overpriced sandwich that could have killed me if I was allergic to eggs or anyone else. The three geniuses then racially profiling me and discriminated against me for asking for my money back aggressively followed me to further harrassing me and racial profiling and discriminating because they are uneducated when it comes to black customers or the severity of giving someone eggs as it could be an allergy not to be taken lightly. I then decided. Since they told me I couldn’t come back to take a photo of the order I placed as well as take a photo of the sandwich with the huge eggs on it to show how people treat you when you ask for your money back and act as if it is going to stop your life because of incompetent employees who don’t want to be held accountable for their mistakes and be passive aggressive because they can’t comprehend simple instructions which could be also deadly if given to a customer with eggs allergies by Larry, Moe , and Curly here at this particular location. Thank you! I will gladly not return but I have called corporate and receive a case number regarding this incident that was recorded in the store. They can put me out but I already reported them. Happy new year!!!

  On a Monday, I decided to go to Panera bread with my brother and Dad. That day my Mom was working. I literally had to wait like 44 minutes for my meal! The soup I ordered should've been done! Also my Dad literally had to pay like $13 or something for a bowl of probably less than half of chicken soup. My Dad even had to verify with the staff that our order was wrong. By the way, it doesn't even take that long to make a sandwich. Not to be mean, but like we had to wait a long time for our meal to be prepared. Last time I went there, the service was better than this time. The staff was also being rude to my Dad and sometimes being to loud.
