Unfortunately I had to do takeout for the two “whole” salads I bought for my Mom and I since she’s in a skilled nursing facility. The flavors were good but I couldn’t believe how small the salads were. Panera’s half size salads used to be big enough but now the full size are even too small to be an entree. I hate that I spent almost $32 for these two salads. Maybe they gave me the half size by accident but I wasn’t able to go back and ask. Make sure to check the bag if you order this salad as take out, but I guess that’s just the way it is now - we’re pressured to tip and get very little for our money.

So i got some water and then went back to the counter and told my daughter:” we’re still waiting for our order.” The staff Bree shouted at me:” I’m still working on it.” I came in here to get my food, not to get yelled at! I asked to see a manager but nobody came and Bree responded that’s how she talked. Maybe they need more training on providing good customer service!
