- ASAustin SteadmanSep 12, 20255.0I needed to bring in lunch for 10 people for one of my clients and the Panera I went to first said it would take 2.5 hours to get this done, I called the Balboa Ave Panera and Michael Turner in catering said he would be able to complete the order by the time I needed. He was professional, courteous, and could not have been more helpful. My order was done earlier than I had originally asked for and was prepared beautifully. Having people like Michael provides an incredible benefit to both the business and its customers. I will be utilizing this location for all of my client lunches in the area based on my experience with Michael.
