  I literally only ordered a vanilla cone and it was obviously very busy. I don’t care if I have to wait but ON MY MOTHER I thought they called my number so I went up there and asked this older man working. Then all of a sudden I hear this agitating, grating voice from the black woman in the back. She proceeds to yell at me to wait and is complaining like a crazy person. I apologize, and I did apologize to the sweet little woman with blue hair who gave me my cone if I came off as rude or impatient. I think that it is incredibly rude and disrespectful to not be included in a conversation and add to it when you don’t even know what’s going on, which is what that woman in the back did. It seemed like everyone else who was working, the older man and woman with blue hair were stressed out only because the larger woman was hooting and hollering at everyone. Edit-Just found out she’s the manager.

  Waited there for a long time and never ended up getting any food and the receipt was blank.

  avoid this location at all costs! Even if you order ahead of time in the app, you will be waiting at at least 20 to 30 minutes for your order when you arrive. This is not a one time thing, it’s been happening since the end of October 2025.

  One of the worst and rudest McDonald staff ever if not the worse in sd , always angry and rude , the food always comes cold and missing items , never had a right order at night always , they don’t fill up the whole drinks , specially when it’s night and one of em stand outside to handle the order , never saw him smiling or saying you welcom , asked him for more ranch and said to me you already have one , I said pls give me one more and he didn’t answer and left , horrible place
