  Feels like I’ve ordered food from at least a thousand different McDonalds in my life and this is single handedly the worse one I have ever been to. The staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will give just two examples of experiences I’ve had with this location. First one, most recent I ordered food off the app at around 2am. I went through the drive thru (only thing open) to pick up my order. The employee on the speaker proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any pending orders. I said I can show you my confirmation on my phone at the window and he said “no”. I drive up to the window trying to show my confirmation on my phone but they don’t come to the window at all…I had to call McDonalds customer service for a refund. Next incident I went in to order food around 5pm on a weekday. I saw an older woman get her number called and she went to grab her food. The employee, an older short Asian woman asked to see her receipt. The lady went back to her table to grab the receipt out of her purse. She went up to show her receipt and the lady started screaming at her at the top of her lungs that it was the wrong receipt. She was screaming “WRONG RECEIPT WRONG RECEIPT WRONG RECEIPT”. The lady stunned went back to her purse to grab the correct receipt. When she displayed the correct receipt to the employee she shoved the bag of food at her across the counter. It was one of the wildest things I had ever seen. I felt sorry for this older woman as the employee was obviously trying to embarrass her and create a scene for accidentally displaying the wrong receipt. I don’t recommend going to this location. Go to the Popeyes next door. It’s incredibly likely you’ll have a bad experience just based on the few times I’ve been there and have had one every single time.

  Very bad service the workers showed the attitude with customer or delivery driver also eggnog’s what is this I can’t came at this location next time

  Just hire a cashier to order food, it’s clearly understaff. The cashier prepares food and take orders , often there are many people waiting. I don’t want the wait so often I order coffee 15-20 mins before I get there, just shows how slow this place is.

  please hire more competent workers Mira Mesa Mcdeez location. Horrible service, first and last time there. It's pretty obvious after reading the other reviews, this place is poor.
