- RGRichard GalvanDec 12, 20255.0Doughnuts are pretty much always good and when you add in freshly made still warm, that makes them delicious not to mention a plain glaze is free when the light is one and it must have been a lucky day when the doughnut stars aligned and I was able to get my hands on a couple so I was a happy doughnutter. Maple is a personal favorite and I honestly prefer the non-industry giants and often enjoy the "hole in the wall" locations ,but when ever I have a coupon or in this case see the light on ,then I can't pass up the offer and all doughnuts are created equal at that point. The staff is usually friendly and welcoming and this place is great to bring the kids especially when the making process is underway, and not just for the free deliciousness, but to see the process from begining to end and explaining to the young ones which are just about always impressed. Definitely not Gunna be a run in and run out with a dozen so put in the patience pants and spend 30 minutes or more depending on the amount of kids in tow and ages of course, my four kids always enjoy both the process and the finished product . Unfortunately don't expect anything other then the original plain glaze for free but that's a no complaint situation in any doughnutters book. If it's free it for me because free food taste better.
