  I’ve visited KitaKata Ramen twice. First time was about 3 weeks ago. On my first visit we arrived bout 6:15pm. There was a waitlist and we were just 2nd on the list. They were quite busy, and we waited about 30 min to be seated. I noticed they only had one person serving and bussing tables at the same time. They were definitely understaffed, but I noticed how hard the server was working. His name is Lewis. You can tell he was overwhelmed with how much work he has to do, but he remained with a positive attitude the whole time. Lewis deserves a raise! He finally sat us down, and after ordering the food came out within reasonable time (about 15 min). Lewis was very polite and apologized for the wait. We totally understood how busy he was. Not only did I tip 20%, but I also venmo’d him a separate tip for working so hard. On my second visit, this time much earlier (3pm), we got to see Lewis again! There was no wait at all, and Lewis continued his outstanding service. He definitely remembered me from the first visit. They had extra help this time as Lewis wasn’t the only server there. Kitakata Ramen is an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant specializing in Kitakata-style ramen, a traditional and highly respected regional noodle dish from Kitakata City in northern Japan. They are well known for their unique noodles. I ordered the Chase ramen both visits, which included 13 pieces of chasu. I modified my order to have the tonkatsu broth both times, and it is amazingly delicious! Their juicy fried chicken is outstanding! Definitely worth getting! Give this place a try and you will be satisfied and happy you did!

  Had some ramen here, a little pricey but worth it, delicious food, and good customer service. I had thought I lost my airpods here but I called and they checked right away confirming it's not there but then I just found them at home.

  I love this place for over all . Their food is great. Personally I like a bit less sodium but all good anyway

  I bring all my friends here whenever they let me :) the ramen is off the hook and their juicy fried chicken is the best in town.
