- EEEric Eddy6 days ago1.0Every time I come here, I think this restaurant is trying less and less. This used to be a standard, full-service restaurant before Covid. The menu shrunk drastically during, and it doesn’t seem to be going back to its original, larger size. But the bigger issue is the lack of service at the restaurant. I’m glad that we have moved past counter service and ordering by QR code. But the service consistently underwhelms. From food items that haven’t been ordered by management, to a lack of servers, or clear responsibilities among restaurant staff. I was here when the manager decided they didn’t want to turn heat lamps on and just told everybody they were broken. Tonight, there isn’t a clear host and staff is doing a poor job seating. Why is my party of 4 waiting to sit when there are open 6 and 8 tops. I only come here because it’s close to home. This isn’t a great dining experience.

Then the running brought the food out and we had to wait another 10 minutes before our server came back to check on us. We ran out of drinks and water multiple times. The atmosphere was fun! Maybe if you go sit at the bar. I won’t go back, because the service was so bad, and with a large group (that equals a larger tip!) it was NOT worth it.

- RFRobert FaulknerDec 12, 20253.0Went there tonight and mentioned to the staff the water pressure in the bathroom was absurdly low it basically trickles out the faucet and I told them they need to take care of it before a serious health issue arrives like Norovirus because people would just basically give up when they see the trickle coming out of both faucets and I emphasize TRICKLE. I was in there for at least 10 minutes trying to rinse the soap off my hand most people would have just given up and walked out and I could not even imagine if anybody who works in that restaurant complained about it or not if I was the manager I'd be embarrassed and hopefully nobody calls the health department... Oh and one of the members of the staff said jokingly do I want it blasting,I of course said no, just normal pressure would be nice. My female guest also noticed that the water pressure was extremely low washing her hands as well. This restaurant needs to get it together obviously. I don't know if it's a pressure regulator or if because management turned the pressure down whatever it is they need to fix it before they have a norovirus outbreak.
