The menu shrunk drastically during, and it doesn’t seem to be going back to its original, larger size. But the bigger issue is the lack of service at the restaurant. I’m glad that we have moved past counter service and ordering by QR code. But the service consistently underwhelms. From food items that haven’t been ordered by management, to a lack of servers, or clear responsibilities among restaurant staff. I was here when the manager decided they didn’t want to turn heat lamps on and just told everybody they were broken. Tonight, there isn’t a clear host and staff is doing a poor job seating. Why is my party of 4 waiting to sit when there are open 6 and 8 tops. I only come here because it’s close to home. This isn’t a great dining experience.
- AOAutumn ODec 29, 20253.0We had a group of 11 for dinner. It was not busy which was nice. But, the service was awful. We waited over 20 minutes for our server to take our order. Then the running brought the food out and we had to wait another 10 minutes before our server came back to check on us. We ran out of drinks and water multiple times. The atmosphere was fun! Maybe if you go sit at the bar. I won’t go back, because the service was so bad, and with a large group (that equals a larger tip!) it was NOT worth it.
