  Not as good as some of the other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. The employees are slower than usual too.

  The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich is my personal favorite and my go to, the service is great and they make me feel welcome.

  This location is run by people who have never been inside a Jimmy John's before. I've ordered 6+ times here. The staff is extremely slow and do not move with any sort of urgency. It's beyond merely moving slow, it's closer to indifference. "Freaky Fast" is nowhere to be found. I stood there in an empty store while a guy held my sandwich and spent at least two minutes fiddling with a stapler to staple the bag closed until I said "just give the sandwich to me" and slowly sauntered over to me with it. They've forgotten items multiple times. I've ordered a drink twice and one of the times they didn't have a single cold bottle drink. They told me they ran out and just restocked, but how do you run out of every single possible bottle of drink in a dead store? Incompetence is how. I grew up with Jimmy John's and wanted one so bad I actually was in talks with JJs corporate about opening some franchises myself in Scottsdale and San Diego years ago. If I were Jimmy John's corporate, I would be upset at how the owner is running this store. It's a shame because it's really giving Jimmy John's a bad name and it's making me look foolish to my friends when I used to rant and rave about it. When they finally opened one and I got my friends to try it they didn't understand how I could say all those good things after their experience.

  Saturday at 1pm. Ordered on the app for the first time but went to pickup but they said they ran out of bread, offered an alternative bread for a 20 min wait. Canceled my order. The "freaky fast" slogan is no longer used and for good reason. Too bad because these are great sandwiches

  Had a great experience getting lunch today. Customer service was on point and the sub was delicious. A little pricey but I'd rather pay a little more for good food and good service.
