So obviously it’s been a while since I’ve been to one due to COVID so I was excited to go. Walking in wasn’t really greeted, then when I ordered I was under the impression that I had rewards like in the past. Nope they’ve changed over to app now so instead of you know saying hey it’s all on the app guy kinda made me feel silly for even trying. I ordered and waited not too long but when I said thank you when getting my drink, no smile, no eye contact, no have a good day nothing. Like I get we are in trying times but dang could this dude hate working here any more. I usually go to the one all the way in San Diego mission valley area. I don’t know if Poway people are just this rude but I’ll never ever go back to this location!
